How is chocolate made?

We were looking at how the cocoa bean is turned into a chocolate bar today. We were lucky enough to  have examples of everything from cocoa beans to the nib of the bean, the pod and  white cocoa butter. Have a think about the 300 or so beans that go into making your chocolate bar next time you have a chocolate treat.
