Science - The Digestive System

We had great fun today representing the digestive system in our own unique way! Firstly the children had to match the definitions of the digestive system with the correct body part and then we made our own...We ripped up the bread and added saliva (water), put it into a plastic bag (the stomach), mushed it all up with some acid (more water), squeezed it into the small intestine, then into the large intestine and finally pooped it out onto a paper towel. It was brilliant!
