Electioneering in class

We have had visits from all the different parties this week. They put forward their policies and Oak class asked them lots of excellent questions so they could decide who to vote for. We are looking forward to the vote today! 

Investigating bubbles . . .

As part of our science investigation we had fun thinking and planning about what would be the best way to make the bubbles.  Great questioning and thinking by everyone, hardest of all was trying to decide how to judge a bubble -should it be by size, strength, amount - we can't wait until next week to see how our bubble mixtures work.

If I were prime minster . . .

As part of our work on British values and the general election we enjoyed debating and writing about what we would do if elected as Prime Minister. 

Next stop . . . United Kingdom

We looked at picture clues to discover where our next stop would be. We enjoyed learning about the different countries in the United Kingdom and their different landmarks.
