Roll a dice Christmas story
We practised using plot, character and setting in a story. Working with a partner and editing each other's work everyone came up with great ideas.

Oak class Charlie homework . . .
Thank you for all the fantastic, and delicious, homework you brought in this week. It was great to see it all and hear from the children how they made everything and came up with their imaginative ideas.
Using dictionaries
As part of our preparation for our performance of The Night before Christmas we used dictionaries to look up the meanings of some of the tricky words.
Chocolate room painting.
The paintings are really coming along with backgrounds complete and details being added. We have enjoyed while learning the Oompa Loompa song too!
